Returns Policy​

You can request a return and refund for an unopened product within 7 days of receiving it.

  • Log into your account, go to My Account > Orders. In the orders list you will find the Cancel Request under Actions. Click on it and follow instructions on the page.
  • Once we receive a Cancel Order request, you will receive a confirmation email whether it has been Accepted or Declined. Further instructions will be provided in the email.
  • Once you have shipped your product back to us – please also email the tracking number to so we can keep an eye out for it.
  • Once we receive your package back at our facility and can confirm it’s condition, we will then issue a refund for the unopened product and email you a confirmation. Please allow 7-10 days for the refund to post to your statement.

  • For all CANNARIE™ products purchased via retail, Your acceptance of the terms of purchase means you agree to and understand their refund policy.
  • We will only accept returns and refunds from purchases made on this website We will not allow returns from a purchase made in a retail store.
